Shipping and Delivery

Once an order is placed, you may not be able to edit the details or cancel it. If there is any issue with your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs for international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order qualifies under our return policy.

We offer various shipping options based on your location. Shipping rates and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping:
Orders within India may or may not be delivered within 2–9 days, depending on courier availability or unforeseen events.

International Shipping:
Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for international duties or taxes.

Order Tracking:
Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped. Some courier services may not update tracking regularly. In such cases, we rely on the final update from the shipping partner.

Shipping Errors:
If delivery issues occur due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Return Policies

Damaged or Defective Products

Products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling.

To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing videos, photos, and original packaging to thescribblelobby@gmail.com.

Careful Unboxing

If damage happens due to scissors or sharp objects during unboxing, refunds or replacements cannot be issued unless:

  • A full unboxing video is provided.

  • Images of the courier cover are shared.

Package Damage at Delivery

If the package appears damaged on arrival, mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps with claim processing.

Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned and needs reshipping, the customer must pay for reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Compensation is limited to the order value, as this is the maximum claimable amount.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments not collected and returned to our facility will require the customer to pay for reshipment.
