For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on Platform by providing data while registering on the Platform as Registered User.

General Terms:

These terms govern all purchases made on www.thescribblelobby.com.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of changes.

Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Suppose you are below 18 years of age. In that case, you may use the Services under the supervision and with the legal consent of a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for entering into binding contracts on your behalf.

Legal Capability: You must have the legal capacity, either personally or through your parent/guardian, to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian and International laws.

Agreement to Terms: By registering and using the Services, you or your parent/guardian accept and agree to abide by these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Services to anyone for unacceptable reasons at any time. We do not endorse any illegal activities through this website.

Account Registration:

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your bank details/contact information/password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Account Creation: To access some features of the Scribble Lobby, the User must create an account. User is not authorized to use another person’s account without their express written permission. When creating an account, the User must provide accurate and complete information.

Product Terms:

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary due to screen settings.

As a print-on-demand business, slight variations in print placement and sizing may occur. By signing up you agree to accept these slight variations and cannot sue us or our third parties for these reasons.

Orders and Payments:

All prices are listed in each category and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept [list payment methods]. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are in production. Payments for all orders must be made up front. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.

Release:

Summary: You can’t sue us for anything that we have disclaimed or obtained your release from under this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law you release us and all other The Scribble Lobby’s Parties from any and all claims and demands, as well as any and all damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and other expenses incurred or suffered by any The Scribble Lobby Party, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, relating to or arising out of any right, claim, or matter (a) which is disclaimed by The Scribble Lobby (or for which the scribble lobby provides no guarantees) under this Agreement, or (b) for which The Scribble Lobby is otherwise indemnified or released by you under this Agreement.

Shipping and Delivery:

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs in international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order qualifies for a refund under our return policy. We offer a variety of shipping options based on your customer’s location. Shipping rates and delivery times are available in our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping: Orders within India may/may not be delivered within 2-9 days. If any event/natural disaster/other thing may stop the shipping partner from delivering the orders to end customers.

International Shipping: Delivery times and costs for international orders vary by location. You are responsible for any duties or taxes levied on international shipments.

Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details for each order once it is shipped. For India Post/Other courier providers may not update their tracking. In such cases, we only adhere to the shipping partners’ final voice.

Shipping Errors: If there are issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Returns:

The Scribble Lobby is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the seller must pay the cost of the re-shipment.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof if you encounter any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages: The order value should be greater than or equal to the invoice value. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can only provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.

Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on The Scribble Lobby are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce or resell our designs.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your purchase.

We reserve the right to retain usage data relating to our products and services, as well as data that has been anonymous and/or aggregated, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
